TENANT PROTECTION
A tenant protection plan is required for all rentals, unless your unit and contents are covered under your existing homeowners insurance. However, keep in mind that your homeowners insurance may not be your best option. We offer tenant protection plans through Easy Storage Solutions that are low in cost and are specifically designed for storage tenants.
Save $200 by Using a Disc Lock
Get your 200.00 deductible waived by simply using a disc lock. Disc locks provide more securty than your average padlock. If you don’t have one, you can purchase one from our front office for $10.50. A good investment to secure your belongings and avoid paying a deductible on your tenant protection plan.

How to File a Claim
1. Notify the manager.
2. Take photos of any damage to your items and the storage unit. Please take photos of the source of damage if possible. DO NOT throw anything away until you speak with a claims specialist.

4. For claims involving crime, have a police officer visit the unit and file a police report
