It has been a long journey.

I was looking for a business to start and really wanted to get into the self storage business. I noticed there was a need that was not being met in this area, for high quality, fenced in, climate controlled, paved, secure storage that could accommodate different types of storage items. In addition, many people have cars, boats and RV’s, that don’t fare well during the cold winters here, or are simply large and need extra storage room. I conducted a feasibility study and it confirmed my observations. In searching for the perfect piece of real estate in the area, I found the property across from Seiferts Furniture had come up for sale and had a house on it. The entire property is 6 acres. I knew it would be the perfect place for our new family business.

My goal in starting this business is to bring safe, convenient storage solutions to the Conneaut Lake and Meadville area.

Starting at the age of 13, I spent my summers working at my dad’s tool company. Many years ago, I purchased it from my dad and have been running it full time ever since. Growing up working in our family business, has given me a strong background in both business and customer service. I now have a family of my own. We are looking forward to this new family business endeavor.
